Virtual Doula Support
On Call
24/7 "on call" availability (phone or video) beginning at 37 weeks until whenever your labor begins.
Prenatal Meetings
Prenatal meetings occur via phone or video. We will discover your birth goals, practice comfort measures, discuss common interventions and procedures plus answer any questions you have about birth, postpartum, babies and parenting etc.
Continuous Support
Prenatal meetings occur via phone or video. We will discover your birth goals, practice comfort measures, discuss common interventions and procedures plus answer any questions you have about birth, postpartum, babies and parenting etc.
Resources
Acess to a plethora of resources and recommendations for realiable sources and skill practioners in caring for and supporting birthing people and families.
Plan
Assistance and/or guidance (as needed) in visioning and creating an informative, flexible and useful birth and postpartum plans so all your support team is clear about your vision, needs, wants and boundaries.
On Call & Postpartum
Postpartum support may just be the most important aspect of care that you receive in this experience. It's something I center throughout your care and am honored to offer.
