Everyone deserves support and guidance during their pregnancy (or any other life or reproductive milestone). Becoming a parent, first time or otherwise, can be as thrilling as it is nerve wracking. You can easily get lost in the rabbit hole that is Google and wind up more confused or stressed than you were to begin with. Having someone to walk alongside you in this experiecne who can hold space for you as you process as well as guide you to evidence based resources and support is invaluable and that is where I come in.

Perhaps, while the idea of doula support appeals to you, you don’t actually want anyone else in the room or a doula is in some other way inaccessible to you due to finances or location. As a virtual doula I can provide the same emotional and informational support to families anywhere and everywhere through virtual meetings and on call phone support.
